In order to be called as a “civilized human being”, Srimad Bhagavatam lays down 30 qualities that everyone should acquire. Just by acquiring these qualities, The Supreme Personality of Godhead becomes pleased. Real dharma is “nava-vidha bhakti” or the acquisition of the qualities of devotional service. Through this, the other 21 supplementary qualities in support of the nine, starting with ‘satyam’, ‘daya’, ‘tapah’ and ‘saucam’ have to be acquired.
The first step towards developing these qualities is to know what they are. This course intends to bring in the culture of these divine qualities of “Bhagavata Dharma” wherein the foundation for a spiritually progressive human civilization can be set perfectly for culturing Krsna consciousness.
